I filled out an application online, then just to check up I stopped by and filled out an application in person. They called me in for an interview the next day and as I was leaving, called me back and offered me the position. Then, they give you a menu test to study for and you have get atleast 90% right in order to go further in the company. If you fail, you just go home.

It feels like a police interrogation interview. Tell us everything you want us to “hear0 but nothing seems genuine and natural. The tone and energy of the energy was very soulless and seemed mundane. They are looking for another individual to walk over. If you have high standards for yourself look in other professional roles. This is a great starter job but nothing more.

Easy, straightforward, and smooth.
They did not complicate things, and I had a great experience.
They accepted me right after the interview and invited me to the orientation.
Unfortunately, I had to decline since I don't prefer to serve alcohol for personal reasons, and it was a part of the job.
