I applied online and received a call from the district manager within 3 days to schedule an interview. I got to my interview 10 minutes early and was then instructed to sit at a table to wait for the manager. I was interviewed by the assistant GM while he was overseen by the GM. The interviewer was really nice, and made it seem like he was just getting to know me rather than interviewing me. He asked me to tell him about myself, what I like, and if I'm a dog or cat person. We went over my availability as well.
