This was the most peculiar interview I have ever had. There was not one question related to my experience, skills, knowledge, or anything to do with the industry. They asked stupid questions, like, we have these positions available which one are you applying for, I thought I already applied for a position, so why would I have to repeat what I applied for. They also asked about my personal experience with pluckers? What the hell does that have to do with the job?. I feel that this whole interview was related to what I looked like, not my experience. I have over three decades in the food service industry . I’m overqualified for the position. They thanked me for my time, but I’m not moving forward. I didn’t know that I had to be a Hollywood actress to get a job there.

HR was very quick from the time I applied to the time I interviewed. HR was also direct with answering any questions I had. The lady I interviewed with was extremely casual and did not ask me about my work history, ethic, or management style. I also felt over dressed as she was in leggings and a tank top with a cardigan, and Sperry's while I was in a dress, blazer, and heels.
