Was great, If you have a heartbeat they will hire you. Very low standards, but very high prices. I was hired on the spot, very poor training for somebody that had NO server experience. They emphasize that their "trainers" are held to HIGHER standards... I did not notice this at all as I worked over 50 hrs/ wk and detailed noticed most.. They have a solid system of making the owners the most money possible, just "run through" everybody and replace them with the next person. They are making perfect logistical plays. 10 thumbs up to the owners y'all have mastered this business. As far as employees... OUCH.. I gotta give a shout out to YESSI in the Round Rock location, I don't know how she got the job but damn she figured it out, talk to her if you wanna move up with the company. i member one instance in particular... She had to work 4 days straight 10 hour shifts, was very rough on her. I worked 73 hrs and she told me "I was crazy"... Not really when you like your job you put in the extra but when you have bad management it's not worth it. All in all, if you got that heartbeat and will show up, they will hire you. Even better if you sell 420 to the managers, they really like you then, from what I witnessed. It could be a good entry level job to food service/server but the training is not there. I was told on multiple occasions YOU are going above and beyond!!! Be sure if they tell you they gonna give you the PLUCKER bucks get em on the spot, otherwise, well they aint givn em. As one team member told me if you aint a chick you don't get em. Memeber this time Anothony told me gonna give me $15/day in Pluckers bucks daily for the EXTRA work I put in... Never got a cent. This at the ROUND ROCK location August-Dec 2024. If America is still there she is on point, has here stuff together. Michelle is trying but she dumping 2 gallons of water out of a boat that is losing 4 gallons a minute. (these are just my observations] take them how you want...
