Initial contact and interview process was quick but after initial interviews, the follow-up was delayed. Hiring Manager was not forthright and ethical - after saying that he will move me to the next round, never heard back from him or HR. Eventually, after 2 weeks, I received a rejection e-mail. This company is not professional or ethical, buyer beware! I also saw a lower level role posted with the same description. In my recent experience with a some companies they get a bunch of candidates and get all the 'free' information and consulting related to the position and then pick a much younger/less experienced candidate in the final round (perhaps at a lower salary).
