I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Plume Design in Nov 2022
Interview
I was emailed by the recruiter who was very nice and knowledgeable. Gave me information on the role, company, and we went over compensation expectations. After that there was a hiring manager zoom call followed by a Codility test and then 3 more people who focused on problem solving and design questions. Last leg of the interview was a meeting with an executive.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Plume Design (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
I had 5 rounds of interview and all the interviewers were very positive about me and recruiter told me that they are going to tell the decision in next week and kept on postponing for 3 weeks and at last the one day recruiter called me and told me that they had to change their budget and plans as they are now hiring 8 to 10 years of experience so we cannot hire you since the position has change to L2. This is very bad about because atleast the manager should have the basic sense that for what level he is hiring. Very very horrible experience
