Interview
Interview process was very pleasant. There was an informational round where the recruiter went over the detail of the company and the role. We also covered comp and benefits. After that I had an interview with the hiring manager and then a technical round with the team before they made a decision.

Interview
I got a call from the Director of Engineering who told me about Plume and the areas they were working on. there were a few questions on my past projects and my contributions. Since I was actively interviewing I got called onsite.
There were 5 rounds of in person interviews. Since I was applying for an senior engineering role, they were mostly design and scalability questions. At other places where I got offers they were always the same questions out of leetcode, and I got asked for binary trees or DP problems.
The interviewers are extremely open about the challenges and are often willing to spend extra time for any questions you may have.
