Interviewing with Pluralsight was a really positive experience. They focus a lot and truly care about their values and mission -- and the entire experience showed me that they take those values to heart. I had one phone interview with a recruiter who was so easy to talk with and clearly excited about the values and mission and finding people who would fit well. I was invited to an on-site interview with 5 other candidates, they said 5/6 would be moving forward...pretty great odds, so that alleviated the pressure a bit. We had a short introduction, then broke off into 3 rounds of interviews with different PM's, product designers, and principal designers. All interviewers were genuine and wanted to have a conversation, not just drilling me. We ended with a fun lunch to chat and get to know each other. I heard back 2 days later that I got the internship.

A recruiter contacted me to see if I would be interested to interview. I didn’t really feel like looking for a job, but I’ve heard some positive things about the company. I have 15 years experience and didn’t make it past a phone screening. It’s frustrating that recruiters are spamming people who aren’t even looking just to get more bodies in the door. 0/10
