I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Pluralsight (Logan, UT) in Sep 2021
Interview
This is probably the worst interview process I have ever been a part of/seen.
The recruiter sent me a prerecorded video of himself explaining that I will be completing a general assessment and personality assessment. The first assessment 45 questions and I have 15-minutes to complete it. The second (personality) assessment is 30 questions that are not timed.
Anyway, the first assessment was basically an IQ test which doesn’t make sense because I am not trying to become a police officer or something. I applied for a recruiter position. Plus, this is Pluralsight haha. It’s not like this is Apple or Google that I could see doing this.
A couple of days later I received a general rejection email. I am glad I did. Pluralsight has turned in to a joke of a company.

Very personable and awesome all the way. The main hiring manager takes a couple days to respond but overall 9/10. I would go through the process again. This is it I don't have anything else to write down but Glassdoor wants me to write at least 30 words.
