There are four rounds: HR phone screen (about 15min) 1 from the team who might be senior product analyst (about 1h) 1 manager plus 1 director together (about 50min to 1h for each)

Behavioral Interviews: Structure: The first two rounds primarily focused on behavioral questions. These interviews were designed to assess my cultural fit within the company, as well as my interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Content: The questions were largely based on past experiences, such as how I handled specific challenges, worked within a team, and managed conflicts. There was a strong emphasis on understanding my thought process and how I align with the company's values. Case-Based Interviews: Structure: The third round involved case-based questions that tested my analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. These scenarios were relevant to the insurance industry and required a strategic approach to resolve. Content: The cases presented were realistic and aligned with the challenges one might face in the role. I was asked to analyze situations, identify key issues, and propose solutions.

30 min HR call (general questons based on background) followed by meeting with senior manager and director after 2 weeks, they told they would respond after 2 weeks, it has been more than 2 months have not heard back from them.
