I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Plymouth Rock Assurance in Feb 2016
Interview
Phone screen by HR specialist. They asked salary information and then they stopped the interview because of the difference between what the position was offering. The HR person told me they did not want to waste the time of the team to go thru the process and then not have things work out in the end. I was not given the courtesy of making my own financial decision of what would be acceptable.
HR person went on to tell me they were hiring internally from customer service reps because they couldn.t find people to fill the QA spots.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Plymouth Rock Assurance (Red Bank, NJ) in Apr 2017
Interview
Had two phone interviews and a face to face. Process took almost a month and received an offer letter from them. Overall had a great experience and the team was nice and very professional.
