This company/interview process takes the "human" out of HR. The whole process is rigid and cold. This is all managed by a third party that is awful at responding to any requests or communications. I never even talked with someone at the actual company. After submitting your application, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire - which, honestly, could have been part of the application. After that, you will be asked to complete a one-way video interview. There are five separate questions and you can re-do any of your responses (up to three times) if you fumble the question, etc. They say they will reach out after completing it, but here I am - more than a month later - and have not heard one way or another.
