I had a questionnaire and a video interview. Once the questionnaire is complete, you have to do the video interview which is one-sided. While this is convenient for someone to complete, I feel like it promises false hope. I was excited that I was getting a response to my application, when in fact I got a denial the next day. I am not the only one who has experienced this after talking to peers. I wish Point32Health would screen first and then send over the interview request.

The questionnaire was questions about the role, and then the video interview was behavioral questions such as tell me a time when you achieved a goal, etc. There were 5 video questions.
