Applied in early September, got my rejection email on Christmas Day (really nice surprise there). Ghosted for almost 2 months, then asked to complete a one-way, pre-recorded interview. Ghosted another month, then met with a third-party, outsourced HR rep who did not know the answer to basic questions like salary/benefits. Met two days later with a pleasant hiring manager who mostly seemed to be checking for a culture fit. Hiring manager offered her email towards the end if I had any questions. Was told I'd hear back one way or another the next week (Thanksgiving week). Sent her a thank you email day-of with additional resources (refs, CV, etc). Then sent another email asking for updates two weeks later. No response to either. Was given a copy-paste rejection letter on Christmas morning.
