After applying through their online system, I was asked by email to complete a subsequent online questionnaire and then an asynchronous video interview, which had all sorts of technological glitches and was hosted by a company outside the US so was difficult to contact for assistance in the moment, all without any communication from actual people, ultimately receiving an auto-generated rejection some weeks later, followed by a request to fill out a survey for how my experience was, which I did, and then another such request months later, which I did not. For a company that alleges to focus on people, this was a startlingly and maddeningly inhuman experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
So many questions considering I never heard from a person!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Point32Health (Canton, MA) in Jan 2025
Interview
They made me reschedule the interview multiple times. Finally they ended up canceling the interview an hour ahead of the time. It felt extremley disrespectful to have me book a time in my schedule, prepare for the interview and then last minute not even give me a chance to meet.
I applied online and got a questionnaire and a request to record a one-way video interview. This is a hard no. It's clearly a way to discriminate and I refuse to participate. If you want to see what I look like you can schedule a one on one video call via Zoom
