They use a third party vendor that has you do a "questionnaire" containing most of the questions you already answered in your initial application, then they have you do a one-way video recorded "interview." I'm sure some people find these one-way recordings useful, but I find them disrespectful of the applicant's time. If you can't discern interest from the application and can't discern qualifications from their resume, move on, don't make them waste their time giving a speech to a computer that won't be actually viewed by a human unless they're already qualified via resume.
