Worst I have ever seen. How do they decide that candidates are not good enough based on the video interview? Do they need content creators or people who can actually work for that role? It's a shame that such companies don't give a chance to candidates by having a face-to-face conversation.

Been though 3 rounds of interview. All three went smooth. Hiring manager is very knowledgeable and nice. Senior is easy to talk with. 1st round HR screening is one way video interview plus questioner .
