Complete and total waste of time. Applied and got an automated message saying they wanted me to do a survey, and that their "interview process is not what I may be used to." Ok, I answered the survey and then searched up the company when it said they would get back to me to complete a one-way interview. Within 5 minutes I received the video interview, so you can tell they spent a long time looking at my answers. I'll echo what everyone else said, there are far too many jobs out there to waste your time "interviewing" (if you can even call it that) for a company that will not spend any human resources on a possible candidate. After confirming my suspicions I promptly placed all emails from the company, including the joke of a "video interview," in the trash. Funny enough I then received a rejection email, not sure if it was because I didn't record my interview quickly enough or they actually looked at my survey results (which I highly doubt).
