Filled application. Emailed questionnaire, one way video with about 5 behavioral questions, for example tell me about a time you were late on a project. Tell me about a time when you had to meet a tight deadline. How did you prioritize your work and ensure timely completion, or Describe a situation where you had to deal with a difficult team member. Or similar questions, I do not remember exactly. And then I was ghosted. It is dehumanizing really. This process should not be in place. Why would someone want to work in a place where the hiring team cannot find the time to meet you. Interview process is a 2 way street.
