Interview
There are several interview stages after you pass 2 exams. It's good to note that they drop some applicants after each exam. The interview phases are as follows: with the HR, with the senior business analysts, with the business analyst manager, and then a group discussion exam. The first 3 generally talk about your personality and them exploring your skills and experiences and how they'll fit in the company. The last exam is to test how you'll perform when the rest of the team's present.
The problem is, this process took so long, I had to sign a job offer before they wrapped this one up. In a similar job application, they handled the team discussion on the same day as the written exams, which was a good way to schedule a handful of people being in the same room. The process was good at the beginning 'cause you know they choose their employees carefully. However, the turn off actually comes from the reviews found here and in other forums and also from stories of friends of friends who worked there.

Interview
I was first asked to take 2 aptitude tests online. After I passed both tests, I went through an interview with HR and an interview with other BAs. They were chill and I enjoyed talking with them very much. They were mostly testing my capability to effectively communicate with the English language.
