Initial process and scheduling was seamless. Had 2 interviews. Interviews went well but were not all that substantive and focused on reading down the resume and a tour rather than talking about their struggles and how I could help. Felt like they weren’t very sure of what they needed and just wanted to hire more help. I left the second interview feeling good and expecting a call within the week. When it didn’t come I reached out to HR to ask my status as a candidate and didn’t receive a response. Not a very professional interaction.
