The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Polaris FT (Hyderābād) in Sep 2008
Interview
It was just started off with a formal mail from organization about an opportunity with Polaris Software Labs in Hyderabad. As I was eagerly looking for a position in Hyderabad & in urge to move to Hyderabad from Chennai, I have replied them immediately with my CV. HR reverted to me on the next day asking for addition details. After 3 days, they have scheduled a telephonic interview & it lasted for one hour. I understood that interviewer is least aware about the tools & posing some generic queries. I have answered my best with confidence. After another two days, they came up with another interview & this time it lasted for 30 minutes. I am sure & confident that I did well in interview & got selected, I have no response from the HR. This led to followup with them repeatedly & I revealed that I have urgent family requirement to relocate to Hyderabad. During the same time they have scheduled another one-one interview & Panel interview face to face in Chennai by senior technical management with more than 10 years experience. It was all together on high level topics & scenario based questions. As I have just two years of IT experience, I couldn't do well there.
