Interview
Interview was very easy. I had 2 technical rounds, both telephonic and both lasted about 30 mins each. Then HR round, also telephonic, and negotiations went on for almost an hour. Then a skype managerial round, hardly 10 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Polaris FT (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Feb 2016
Interview
Got a call from HR in jan 2016 at 2 pm and interview scheduled for 3 pm as they seemed to be in a hurry. The interview was pathetic, interviewer reading the questions from google. After interview, i got email from recruiter to fill a form for client round. I waited for a month for that second round. Called the recruiter but no response on phone or email. After a month, he calls up and asks me to come down to their office next morning at 12. I reached there at 11.45 and waited till 13.15 in the lobby for the recruiter who was enjoying his lunch even though he was aware of my presence there for the scheduled round. Again waited for the interviewer to get free and start my technical discussion. The interviewer kept on asking irrelevant questions from his expertise area... instead of my skillset. Even after repeated attempts to tell him, i dont work on that technology, he kept shooting questions without giving even 30 seconds to think any logical solution. After the interview i was told HR would call which never happened and i didnt followed up because of their unprofessional behaviour at every stage.
