Interview
I was hired through Campus Placement...Initially there is an aptitude test and C programming test.People who crossed base cut off went for interviews. There was only one round of Interview which is both technical and HR simultaneously.Questions were on my previous projects and as I've mentioned so many programming languages on my resume, they asked me which one i like the most.I told them Java is my favorite .They asked me about some concepts in Object Oriented Concepts (Abstraction,Encapsulation,Inheritance,Polymorphism) and which IDE I use most(I told them eclipse) and if any error is there in the code, how will u determine it? I told them I'll put breakpoints in the IDE and see the values of those variables and find out where the problem occurs. If IDE is not there, how will u do it? I told them I'll understand the logic of the code and find out where there was a problem by seeing the flow of execution of program. These are the questions asked and after that , HR manager asked me about location preference and basic stuff.
Written Test- It is an multiple choice question. We require coding and debugging knowledge with strong concept knowledge. Once you cleared this, then there will be two technical rounds and HR round

Interview
direct and concise interview, we got to understand each other well, clear questions, I don't like the schedule, his watch was late and he made me wait which bothered me a lot, I don't want to wait for an employer
they have selected some candidates.. even handed over offers. but didn't gave joining date... false commitments. Don't Recommend 2 any one 2 at least attend the interviews. Very unhappy and disappointed...
