I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Polaris FT (Bengaluru) in Dec 2014

Interview

I had 2 rounds. 1st was telephonic. Its result came after 3 weeks. Then the 2nd round was held at the Bangalore office after next 2 weeks. Its result came after 1 week as positive. After that no communication from the HR for further processing. Although, i was selected according to them. Bad interview process.
