I appeared for the recruitment process in March 2015 in Mumbai. There was one aptitiude test and the ones who cleared the test, were interviewed.
The aptitude test was of medium level. Then after I cleared the aptitude test, I interviewed for just 10-15minutes. The interview was technical+HR, but it is mainly to check your communication skills.

Question 1
Asked about my final year project and what other projects I had done.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Polaris FT (Guntūr) in Oct 2016
Interview
The Interview process is too cool. It is completely onside Interview. At the time of Interview He asked me to tell something about me. I said him my Info, project details and my research work. He impressed a lot with my research work and asked questions in that area only. Like questions asked according to me the way I Narrated.
First they started with Aptitude test, followed by Technical interview based on project and then again one more interview I.e. HR interview. Both the interviews were good and the HR people are really osum.
