I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Polaris FT (Mumbai) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. Firstly, there was an online aptitude test, on mettl. The test was Ok. The shortlisted candidates were then allotted for the second round. The second round was technical interview. There was an gd too, but it was cancelled. The technical interview was a nice one. It seemed to be a good interview for me. It was an elimination round too. Then there was a third round hr round. But my interviewer made it a technical round for me. It was also a ok one. The results were announced after 2 days via mail. I thought I made it since I was very much confident about the whole process. But unfortunately, this did not happen.
After looking at the selected candidate list, it seemed to be a more girl hiring company than the boys.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Polaris FT (Guntūr) in Oct 2016
Interview
The Interview process is too cool. It is completely onside Interview. At the time of Interview He asked me to tell something about me. I said him my Info, project details and my research work. He impressed a lot with my research work and asked questions in that area only. Like questions asked according to me the way I Narrated.
First they started with Aptitude test, followed by Technical interview based on project and then again one more interview I.e. HR interview. Both the interviews were good and the HR people are really osum.
