Polaroid Senior Electronics Engineer interview questions

I had 4 interviews with this company for the role based in Amsterdam. The communication with the local team went well, but unfortunately, the decision was being made by someone based in Taiwan. The interviewer was struggling with speaking English, and despite saying that the interview wasn't technical, decided to reject my application, saying that there was a lack of hands-on technical skills in my resume. This felt like a personal insult, given that I worked in the industry for many years and that the interviewer didn't ask any technical questions during the interview! Overall, a very frustrating experience.
