Initial interview with recruiter. Recruiter was completely unaware of how dealerships operate, KPIs, and KDMs. I spent most of that interview educating her. Obviously, I made it to the second round with the hiring manager who very directly told me I would be walking into a mess and basically starting from the ground up. I like the product, but I believe it needs to be redesigned or scrapped because there is a reason Auto Dealerships are not using it. It does not do much for their bottom line like other vendors do. For the pay, the work in front of me, and lack of belief in the product. I politely removed myself from the second interview.
