The hiring process is very simple and easy. If you make it for an interview, you got the job. The interview I had was management telling me what i was going to do, and told me to make sure I have music to listen to as the offshifts get boring. I will be expected to stay awake the entire shift that I was scheduled to work, but music is allowed.
