Screening, virtual interview, onsite . Onsite interview was very unorganized. 2/4 panelist hadn't read my resume once. One of which was a terrible interviewer and started the interview with "tell me something technical, I don't know what to ask you". After the interview they went silent and unresponsive for 2 weeks.
