The first few rounds are very unorganized and random. The interviewers talk through a phone call while you program on the code pad. The phone conversation was not clear in all of my rounds, I couldn't understand what the guy on the other side was saying (unclear accent and low tone). It was so bad that I had to ask him to type his message to me on the coderpad. At some point, it almost felt like the whole thing was intentional.
