Engineer calls for 45 min interview. Talk about your background briefly for 10 min. Then Leetcode question. Engineer doesn't talk you through problem which is a con but you're left more or less alone which can be a pro.

Normal coding interview but the interviwer barely speaks normal english. It is so hard to communicate with someone whose speaking is so bad with chinese accent and whose listening is even worse
