The interview process initially started as a phone screen. A little over a week later, I received an in-person second round interview. The second round interview began as an in-depth behavioral and work personality gauge. After over an hour of behavioral questions, I received a written language assessment. The entire interview process was pretty straightforward.

I was contacted for a phone interview for the position and asked to give the times I was available to interview the following week. I gave the times I was available to interview, but never heard from the company afterward. I sent a follow-up email, but still received no response. I was really disappointed with the lack of professionalism, and because I was very excited about the opportunity.
