Population Services International interview questions

Was invited for an oral interview by a staffing agency for PSI.The agency later called to inform me that I was shortlisted and my name forwarded to PSI.Was called by a PSI employee to schedule for a phone interview with PSI HQ. I did a phone interview with a PSI director and she told me she will schedule for an oral interview.That is the last communication I had with PSI

PSI conducts a thorough and at times lengthy interview process with an average of 5-7 Interviews before offer is made. Due to the nature of PSI's work, staff from multiple departments (technical, regional and functional) may be included as Interviewers. Behavioral Interviewing techniques are most commonly used. Testing for writing, excel, language skills or other technical expertise may be given. Overall I felt it was a fair and effective process. While the selection process can seem long from the candidate's point of view, it usually results in good hires for PSI.
