Interview
It was a very demeaning and insulting process. Bear in mind that I have 20 years of experience. The senior member who I had the interview with, arrived 40 minutes late with another senior member (they were obviously on an extended lunch break). The receptionist informed me that I would be interviewed by the latter. He looked really bored and asked me to talk about my career while he was uninterestedly browsing through my portfolio. After 5 mins of me talking and him not engaging, he said: "All these are good, but you know, the role you are here for has been filled in for a month now." He then asked on which way I thought I would be able to help their practice had I joined them. I was sent there by a recruiter and to the day I haven't figured out whose mess it was but they didn't seem to care.

Lengthy. Three round of interviews at the most. First is the most important. If you pass the first you will be recommended to the Second. The last is with the operations team in Kansas City.
A 2 part interview. Interview 1 with HR to detail role/ company policy & processes. Interview 2 with project team for project specifics required and making sure the cultural fit was right

Initial screening with the hiring manager. Basic process of self-introduction, explaining interest in the firm, etc. The interview took place over the phone and we did not look at the portfolio. The Interviewer answered my questions intently and the interview was very professional structured.
