Long process of four interview. First interview online was really good experience, Second interview they wanted me to fly to Kansas and ask for pto that was a no no for me so we did it online it was not the best on me very old men in leadership with really old school standards, they mentioned several times that their benefits were really good which I learned later on they were not at all, another interview online and then they wanted me to meet in the Denver office. My experience in the office was bad majority of men , not really breakroom space , which shows how little they care about people working there, I met with a couple of main designers really nice guys but when walking through the architecture space I only saw another women working which it was a huge red flag also all white people, again red flag. I was offer the job with the demand of being almost everyday in the office but they will not cover the payment of the parking. I honestly do not recommend firma that are not embracing hybrid work that shows the lack of efficiency in their process and the need to micromanage. Hr told me that overtime was mandatory , salary , no sick time at all and only 15 days a year to be sick or to travel and they did not offer me any salary upgrade from my current role
