In person, went smoothly, usual question, described the projects and team. The headquarters is in Kansas city. The office located in the downtown in one of the beautiful towers. Asked about the experience and software knowledge.
I was referred by an employee, and got the interview several weeks later. I don't feel that interviewers are well prepared and interested in me.
