Four step interview process. I had to chase everyone down to get anywhere. Two phone interviews and two in person interviews. They make you do a "design test" consisting of 5 projects. It took me over three hours to complete it. After all that they never got back to me about the status of the position. I had to again chase them down just for a response. Don't waste your time and don't do work for free!
