Phone interview from hq followed by an in-person interview with the manager. Long follow ups, and zero updates unless you hunted everybody for an answer, at least 2 weeks between initial interview and 2nd.

Extensive. The initial interview was with the Sales Manager who covered the general specifics. The second interview was with the Area or Regional Manager and that was a little more in-depth regarding the position and expectations, as well as my own experience related to the position.
