Prepared myself for an English interview but they interviewed me in Spanish as soon as they found out I spoke Spanish. Totally threw me off and was nervous for the rest of the interview. Manager was purposely intimidating because she wanted to set the expectation of the hard job ahead (I should have listened).

Interview
Extensive. The initial interview was with the Sales Manager who covered the general specifics. The second interview was with the Area or Regional Manager and that was a little more in-depth regarding the position and expectations, as well as my own experience related to the position.

Interview
First you meet with a recruiter to do a quick initial interview via Zoom. Then you have an in person interview with the showroom manager. You have a third interview with the general manager and the showroom manager via Zoom.
