I applied for the job through a connection with an existing employee. After sending my application materials, I was contacted by the Showroom Manager for an interview. I was hired after just one 1:1 interview. I was grilled pretty heavily regarding my lack of sales experience, but spoke about my design experience as an asset to the position.

Interview
I received an email from HR to schedule a phone interview. The interview was scheduled. At the appointed time, they didn't call. I tried calling the person but kept getting voicemail. They rescheduled by email with no apologies.This happened 3 more times! I never got the phone interview after all. I gave up with this company. Very unprofessional.
