Interview
Cold and neutral tone that was not very friendly. Communicated a management consulting-like culture of “work hard play hard.” Heard a lot of BS and doublespeak. Not an atmosphere of trust or loyalty between workers. Not anything like “assume positive intent”, “give the benefit of the doubt,” or “go to bat for your employees.” Not a human-centric attitude, but more of a business-centric or an investor-centric attitude.
