The first interview is with 2 persons: one from HR and one of the concerned department, asking all job-specific questions. There are not a lot of questions about yourself, it's more about testing your knowledge of the firm. They will also ask you if you read car magazines, and tell you it is good to do so by the day you start working there. It lasted around one hour. I am not sure whether there is a second interview, because the process stopped here for me.
