I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Porsche (London, ON) in Sep 2023
Interview
Only one question was aksed, tell us your experiences and introduce yourself. Furthermore, the HR asked me to produce a video and this would decide if I can get this intern or not.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Porsche (Dubai) in May 2023
Interview
Process was very slow. It took approx. 3 months to go through all the stages of the interview. They require you to invest a lot of time into multiple tasks, but give zero flexibility and feedback. There was bank holiday in my country when I received the task and it had to be delivered within 48h despite informing the recruitment team beforehand. While being so demanding on the task delivery date, they took over a week to respond to the submitted case study. Whole process consisted of pointless stages such as - "just listen" interview, where you shouldn't discuss anything, just listen to a presentation.
