The interviews were all virtual - I talked to 6-8 different people all with ranging titles. Most were formal, but more conversational in nature. The final interview was a presentation which imitated a mock customer meeting.

Pretty standard, recruiter screen then hiring manager then peer interviews. I dropped out after peer round because no one could clearly explain what their product did and several said they felt under qualified for the role they did and it was harder than expected . One of the interviews felt hostile as well, not sure if they just didn’t like me or it was their style but after 3 rounds I felt it was not a good fit.

Interview
Several one-hour interviews with some great folks and some lackluster folks. One interviewer didn't know that I had already been through previous interviews. I came to find out that the eventual hire had a prior relationship with the hiring manager. It would be nice not to waste candidates' time.
