Was very impersonal and strange, which I was not expecting from this company and how they talk about having an amazing culture. Received a generic and business-like email to pick a time on the recruiter's calendar. When the call came, he first was rushing me to answer his questions, immediately jumping into them only after I said hello. After my answers, he clearly became disinterested very off-putting, so I guess I said something he didn't like. Was asked general questions about my background, and he was done within 10 minutes. It was clear he just wanted to get through the call quickly no matter what I said. Received a rejection the next day. Why even bother scheduling a call with me if you weren't interested in having me speak with the hiring manager?
