The company has no consideration for your time. It took the recruiter a month to contact me. Then it took another week to schedule the recruiter screen. When the recruiter called me at my scheduled time, they told me there was an offer already out on the role. If you fill a role, you should cancel the interview. There is no reason to waste a candidate’s time preparing for it and wasting time in their schedule. It’s called common courtesy and being professional. This is an easy one..do better!
