I applied online directly on their website. I received an automatic email reply, and another email to schedule a video interview. I was waiting for the next morning to schedule, but before I could schedule, the recruiter reached out, and we scheduled a call shortly thereafter.

They asked for my availability, for my current caseload, pay expectations: whether or not I wanted to be full- or part-time, salary or hourly etc. We talked for a while about expectations, and my concerns with maintaining ethical standards.
Received an offer the same day I applied, interview was self-paced and very easy! I was contacted by a regional coordinator within a week or so, and was able to start with a client within 2 weeks.
Phone call interview was done. Was formal but staff was warm and kind during the process. Next steps included waiting on a follow up from the call. I felt the questions were appropriate and insightful
It was a phone interview with the regional coordinator of my region. It was an easy process. Not very stressful at all, it was like having a conversation with a friend more than an interview.
