First I completed some virtual video interviews, where it gave you a question, you recorded your response and could redo it as needed. Then you submit that, and a phone call interview is scheduled next.

Tell us about yourself, a time when a supervisor wasn't present and you needed to make a difficult call and what did you do, a time where you took it upon yourself to make things better (something along those lines), your current interests in the field. These were all recorded and could be rerecorded as needed before submitting. Phone call was very casual and informative about the company and how they function.
Received an offer the same day I applied, interview was self-paced and very easy! I was contacted by a regional coordinator within a week or so, and was able to start with a client within 2 weeks.
Phone call interview was done. Was formal but staff was warm and kind during the process. Next steps included waiting on a follow up from the call. I felt the questions were appropriate and insightful
It was a phone interview with the regional coordinator of my region. It was an easy process. Not very stressful at all, it was like having a conversation with a friend more than an interview.
